(ORLANDO, Fla.) April 24, 2012 – Brian Brooks, a seasoned real estate broker in the Dallas market, has joined CNL Commercial Real Estate’s Dallas office as a vice president with its office brokerage team.

Prior to joining CNL, Brooks was a tenant representation broker with Lincoln Property Company and helped start the tenant representation division as an original team member. Brooks has broad experience in the Dallas market with corporate renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, acquisitions and dispositions.
