(DALLAS, Texas) June 12, 2012 — CNL Commercial Real Estate continues to expand its presence in Texas with the hiring of William Wyatt as a vice president working with land acquisitions, industrial tenant representation and project leasing. Wyatt is the fourth broker to join the Dallas office since March as the company strengthens its presence in the market. CNL Commercial Real Estate offers retail, office and industrial brokerage, property management and investment services in Dallas.

CNL Commercial Real Estate opened its Dallas office in the summer of 2010, bringing on industry veterans Jimmy Grisham and Jim Wells to lead efforts in Texas and the Southwest. Since that time, the office has added several other employees, including seven additional brokers and two senior property managers. Additional hires are expected in the coming months.

The Dallas office of CNL Commercial Real Estate has quickly grown to become one of the company’s largest. Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., CNL Commercial Real Estate has offices in Jacksonville and Tampa, Fla.; Charlotte, N.C.; Atlanta, Ga. and Southern California.

Prior to joining CNL Commercial Real Estate, Wyatt worked in the land and industrial services group with Jones Lang LaSalle/The Staubach Company. In his four years with that team, he was involved in lease transactions and land acquisitions valued at more than $90 million.
