(ORLANDO, Fla.) March 1, 2012 — CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate has brokered deals for two new retailers at Hunters Crossing in Charlotte. Serenity Salon, a full service hair salon, and Moonberries, a frozen yogurt shop, have each leased new space in the shopping center. Gwen Glaeser, a vice president for CNL Crosland, secured the leases for the shopping center.

Serenity Salon opened its new 1,269 square foot space in January, and the grand opening date for Moonberries’ 1,213 square foot shop is scheduled for May 2012. This grand opening will mark the first Charlotte location for Moonberries.
