(ORLANDO, Fla.) March 1, 2012 — CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate has leased new space for Post Net, a printing and shipping services center, and expanded existing space for Ilios Noche, a casual Greek and Italian cuisine restaurant.

“We’re expanding our existing space in order to give our entire restaurant a great new and comfortable feel. With a substantial investment and high-end upgrades, we want to create an even better experience for all our customers,” said Stratos Lambos, owner of Ilios Noche.

Post Net is scheduled to open its new 1,200 square foot location before the end of February, and Ilios Noche’s expanded 3,550 square foot space will open later this year. Both businesses have been operating in Rea Village since 2002 and 2003, respectively. The new and expanded locations will allow both operators to renovate and add additional services and offerings to their businesses.
