(CHARLOTTE, N.C.) August 2, 2012 — CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate recently signed leases at four Charlotte retail centers.

Sherwin Williams, North America’s largest single-source supplier of high-quality paints, stains, masonry coatings and brand-name wall and floor coverings, is moving into the Hunters Crossing retail center. Its new 4,000-square-foot space is scheduled to open in August.

Dunkin Donuts, the nation-wide coffee and baked goods franchise, just finalized a lease for space in the Town Center retail center. The new 1,890-square-foot store is projected to open early November.

Whiskers Dog Spa, an upscale, full-service dog grooming salon and spa, will move into its new 1,200-square-foot space in the Foxcroft retail center at the beginning of August.

CC’s, a local accessories boutique, will be moving into an 800-square-foot space in the Blakeney retail center and opening in August.

Gwen Glaeser was the broker representing the landlords on all transactions.
