(ORLANDO, Fla.) March 1, 2012 — CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate has leased 2,200 square feet of space for two new retailers at Monroe Shops in Charlotte. Express Alterations, a local clothing tailor, and Patriot Insurance, a home, auto and business insurance agency, have each leased new space in the shopping center.
Both retailers opened their new 1,100 square foot locations in January.
